1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Application All bookings are made exclusively based on the following General Terms and Conditions. Deviating or conflicting terms shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.  2.⁠ ⁠Booking and Contract Conclusion By making a booking, the customer submits a binding offer to Giuliani Reisen to conclude a travel contract. The contract comes into effect upon written confirmation (by email or letter) by Giuliani Reisen. After booking, the customer will receive a booking confirmation including a description of the travel services.  3.⁠ ⁠Payment 3.1. A deposit must be made within 7 days after receiving the booking documents to the specified account. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days before the start of the trip. For short-term bookings within 28 days before the start of the trip, the full travel price is due immediately. 3.2. Any additionally booked travel insurance must be paid in full immediately upon booking. 3.3. Credit card payments may be subject to a transaction fee of 2% of the travel price.  4.⁠ ⁠Services and Changes to Services 4.1. The scope of services results from the respective booking confirmation. Special requests can be considered but are not guaranteed. 4.2. Changes to the itinerary, program, or accommodations are reserved if they become necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.  5.⁠ ⁠Prices All prices are stated in euros. If there are cost changes such as airfare or currency fluctuations, Giuliani Reisen reserves the right to adjust the price by up to 10% of the travel price.  6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by the Customer 6.1. The customer may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation must be made in writing by email or post. 6.2. The following cancellation fees apply: Up to 4 weeks before departure: 30% of the travel price 30–15 days before departure: 50% of the travel price 14–3 days before departure: 90% of the travel price From 72 hours before departure: 95% of the travel price 6.3. Different cancellation terms may apply to specific trips or service providers and will be communicated separately at the time of booking.  7.⁠ ⁠Liability 7.1. Giuliani Reisen is liable for the proper organization of the trip up to the amount of the travel price. 7.2. Giuliani Reisen assumes no liability for third-party services (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies). 7.3. The customer is obliged to report any deficiencies immediately so that Giuliani Reisen can provide a remedy. 7.4. Liability for delays or failures caused by force majeure is excluded.  8.⁠ ⁠Data Protection Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the trip and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for the travel arrangement.  9.⁠ ⁠Jurisdiction and Applicable Law German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, provided the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law. 10.⁠ ⁠Severability Clause Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
